Cooter protects the mean streets of Indiana from varmints and scamcoins. He doesn’t take kindly to ICO pump and dumps. When he sees something he doesn’t like, Cooter swats it away in the way he sees fit. In this case, Diet Ether. Nadia Khuzina came up with the idea for him after her time living in the Rust Belt of the USA.
